Please review before booking any session.

Cancellations and No Shows

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a $50 fee. In a genuine emergency, this fee is applied as a credit toward a future visit, valid for 30 days.

Payment

Virtual sessions and the Guidance Circle membership require payment in advance at booking. In person visits are paid at the time of your appointment.

Arrival and Virtual Sessions

Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of a late arrival. Virtual clients should have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space ready beforehand.

Confidentiality and Scope

All sessions, clinical, coaching, or reflective, are kept confidential. Services range from licensed clinical care to educational coaching and reflection. Please see each service's description for its specific scope before booking.
